At Sada Shiv Sahay Foundation (“we”, “us”, “our”), we ship every order with care and blessings. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our shipping charges, processing times, delivery timelines and what happens if something goes wrong. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Shipping Charges
- A flat shipping fee of ₹49 is applied to orders with a subtotal below ₹499.
- Orders with a subtotal of ₹499 or more ship completely FREE anywhere in India.
- The exact shipping charge is always shown to you in the cart and on the checkout page before you pay — there are no hidden costs.
2. Order Processing Time
Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters our fulfilment queue at the Ashram. Orders are packed and handed over to our courier partners within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timelines
For most serviceable pin codes across India, orders are delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Indicative timelines by region:
- Metro & Tier-1 cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities & towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote, rural or hard-to-reach areas: may take a few additional days
“Business days” means Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you the courier name and a tracking number by email and/or SMS to the contact details provided at checkout. You can use these to follow your parcel until it reaches your doorstep. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at ushachouhan6600@gmail.com.
5. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. In rare cases, a courier may not service a particular pin code; if so, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund. For international shipping, please write to us at ushachouhan6600@gmail.com before ordering so we can confirm availability and charges.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code and mobile number are accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to re-ship it (re-shipping charges may apply) or process a refund after deducting shipping costs.
7. Damaged or Missing Parcels
We pack every book securely, but if your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it, or record a short unboxing video and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive to meet the 5–7 day delivery window, deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to factors beyond our control — including weather, natural events, strikes, courier disruptions, festivals or regional restrictions. We appreciate your patience and blessings, and we will always help you track and resolve any delay.
