These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website operated by Sada Shiv Sahay Foundation (“we”, “us”, “our”), and any purchase you make through it. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sada Shiv Sahay Foundation. We offer sacred books, live satsang and related spiritual content and services to devotees.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to describe our books accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images or other content are error-free.
• Book cover images shown on the site are representative and the physical product may vary slightly.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, offers, descriptions and product availability at any time without prior notice.
• In case of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders & Acceptance

• Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after successful payment and our acceptance.
• We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, due to unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information — with a full refund of any amount paid.
• Order and dispatch confirmations will be sent to the email/phone you provide.

5. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway, Razorpay.
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets supported by Razorpay.
• We do not store your full card, UPI or bank details. Payment security is governed by Razorpay's PCI-DSS-compliant systems and its own terms.
• You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and payment information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days of dispatch, across serviceable pin codes in India. Shipping charges, processing times and full delivery details are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any related systems.
